Febuary 2nd the children from Babbeltiermchen participated in Luxembourg’s tradition of going « liichten ».
Accompanied by the educators, who beforehand had planned a route through Limpertsberg, the children walked around holding their self-made lanterns on a lightstick. Once arrived at the pre-selected houses of some of the parents, the children started singing « léiwer Herrgottsblieschen » which they had rehearsed for weeks. In return the they received some treats which consisted of some snackbars, biscuits and one family even made fresh crêpes!
